The AI Bootcamp for Educators is a comprehensive 3-day training program designed to empower university professors with the knowledge and tools necessary to develop and deliver an effective AI curriculum. The program focuses on practical teaching methods, curriculum integration, and fostering an ethical understanding of AI among students. Educators will learn how to apply AI concepts and tools to enhance their teaching and prepare students for an AI-driven job market. The bootcamp includes both in-person sessions and self-study components to ensure a thorough understanding of AI concepts and their applications in education.
The program is delivered by highly qualified Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT) who hold various certifications in AI and related fields. These instructors have practical, hands-on experience in today’s complex business environments and use this experience to create a cooperative learning experience that goes beyond course materials and labs

The Microsoft Learn for Educators Cybersecurity and AI Bootcamp training for faculty includes three sessions over 3 days:
Day 1: One in-person 3.5-hour introduction event to be scheduled at an agreed upon date, time, and location. The agenda includes:
- Overview of the Microsoft Cybersecurity and AI Bootcamp
- Step-by-step, hands-on orientation to enroll and use the classroom materials, benefits, resources, and content related Cybersecurity and AI available through the Microsoft Learn for Educator (MSLE) program and experiencing generative AI using Copilot (and your own creativity)
Day 2: This 3-hour virtual training on teaching SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals course includes:
- Core Teaching Content and Microsoft Learn for Educators Overview
- SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- The fundamentals of security, compliance, and identity (SCI) across cloud-based and related Microsoft services
- Exam Preparation – Microsoft Learn Practice Assessments

Day 3: This 3-hour virtual training on teaching SC-200: Security Operations Analyst Associate course includes:
- SC-200: Security Operations Analyst Associate
- Investigate, search for, and mitigate threats using Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft 365 Defender
- Gaining Practical Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services (including Skillable and GitHub course labs)
