In this session, you will learn how to create an AWS account and then provision an Amazon Connect instance. Then you will perform a basic configuration of Amazon Connect and dial in from a cell phone or landline to test an agent call. If you follow along, you will have a functional free demo/lab Amazon Connect instance for a year with no cost to you. After attending this session, you will be able to deploy and perform a basic configuration of Amazon Connect for pilots and demos. You will understand the cost of the Amazon Connect demo for the first year and the limitations of the demo instance of Amazon Connect.
