Prerequisites:
Before enrolling in the course, it is highly recommended that you attend CCNA and ECMS1 PRIOR to attending this course if you are new to Meraki products. If you have hands-on Meraki experience, ECMS2 is the recommended prerequisite. You should also have an understanding of Cisco IOS, and CLI-based configuration techniques.
Cisco IOS knowledge:
- Navigate the different command levels of CLI configuration
- Configure network services, NAT, routing, spanning tree, and link aggregation
- Use show commands to understand the current operation
- Use debug commands to explore the low-level operation
Meraki knowledge:
- Implement core configurations for a full stack solution in the Meraki Dashboard
- Deploy foundational Meraki product features to meet basic IT requirements
- Understand and leverage essential Meraki Dashboard tools for troubleshooting
