April 2014 – Annually at the Cisco Global Partner Conference, Cisco distributes Learning Partner Awards to those who demonstrate best-in-class business practices and serve as a model to the industry. Sunset Learning Institute along with others earned Cisco’s Quality Distinction Award.
The Quality Distinction Awards goes to authorized Learning Partners who consistently focus on delivering premium-quality training with an annual average customer satisfaction score above 4.6 out of 5.0. Throughout the year scores are accumulated from all students who attend the authorized training and the components for which we are evaluated on include Instructor Quality, Learning Experience and Effectiveness, and the Environment.
This is the second year consecutively for which Sunset Learning Institute has won the Cisco Quality Distinction Award. Every student who attends authorized Cisco training is required to fill out a detailed evaluation at the end of class. The evaluations include questions such as: what was your overall satisfaction with the course, did the course met or exceed the objectives, were the labs useful in enhancing your learning experience, did the instructor demonstrated sound knowledge of the material, was the physical environment conducive to learning etc. Sunset Learning thoroughly assesses every student evaluation and makes any needed adjustments to continually provide high-quality training.
